The ClearLine3D Dual Tool Hanger stores two cordless tools directly from the battery interface, keeping them organized, visible, and ready for the next job.

Unlike drills and impact drivers, tools such as Sawzalls, angle grinders, multi-tools, heat guns, and caulk guns can be awkward to store efficiently. This hanger is designed specifically to make better use of PACKOUT-compatible wall storage for those tools.

Your download includes both Workshop and Vehicle versions.

Workshop Ready

Designed for garages, workshops, sheds, and stationary installations where quick access is the priority.

Minimum print bed size: 220 × 170 mm

Vehicle Ready

Designed for work trucks, vans, trailers, and mobile installations where additional tool retention is beneficial.

Minimum print bed size: 220 × 175 mm

Recommended Materials

Workshop Version

PETG, ABS, or ASA recommended. PLA with enough 

Vehicle Version

PLA
Suitable for workshop, garage, and other temperature-controlled indoor installations. A good option for general stationary use.

PETG — Recommended
Recommended for both workshop and vehicle applications. PETG provides a good balance of strength, durability, and ease of printing. Not recommended for high-temperature environments where the part may experience sustained excessive heat.

ASA / ABS
Recommended for high-temperature applications, including vehicle interiors that may experience significant heat. These materials provide better temperature resistance than PLA or PETG.

For most users, PETG is the recommended material. Choose ASA or ABS when higher temperature resistance is required.

Recommended Print Settings

For a 0.4 mm nozzle:

PETG

• 3 walls
• 12% infill

ABS / ASA

• 3-4 walls
• 12–15% infill

Settings can be increased if additional strength is desired.

Print Orientation

The files are supplied in the recommended print orientation.

Print the hanger tilted back approximately 45 degrees for maximum strength and a support-free print from the build plate.
