Shop vs. Vehicle

Shop Version

Designed for garages, workshops, sheds, and other stationary installations. The open design provides quick tool access without additional retention tabs.

Vehicle Version

Adds integrated retention tabs to help keep tools secured during movement. Recommended for service trucks, work vans, enclosed trailers, mobile workshops, and similar applications.

256mm vs. 270mm+ Printer Versions

Don't have a large-format printer? The 256mm versions are redesigned to fit common 256 × 256mm print beds.

256mm Bed Version

• Approximate maximum footprint: 248 × 222mm
• Fits 256 × 256mm print beds
• Flat print orientation
• Requires additional supports

270mm+ Bed / Minimal-Support Version

• Approximate maximum footprint: 248 × 268mm
• Requires approximately 270mm of usable bed dimension
• Optimized 45-degree print orientation
• Significantly reduces required support material

If your printer can accommodate the larger version, the 270mm+ file is recommended for reduced support usage.

Compatibility

Designed for compatibility with Milwaukee PACKOUT™ Wall Plates and compatible mounting systems.

Designed for cordless drills, impact drivers, and similarly shaped tools with a body width of approximately 2.75 inches or less.

Tool geometry varies, so verify your tool dimensions before printing if you're unsure about compatibility.

Recommended Materials

PETG
Recommended for garages, workshops, and general-purpose use. 3 perimeters and 12% infill recommended.

ASA / ABS
Recommended for vehicle installations, high-temperature environments, and more demanding applications. 3-4 perimeters and 12-15% infill recommended. 

PLA
May be suitable for light-duty indoor use but is not recommended for vehicle interiors or other high-temperature environments. 4-6 perimeters and 12-15% infill recommended. 

Print Information

This is a large functional print, so good printer calibration and bed adhesion are important.

The 256mm versions trade additional support material for compatibility with smaller printers.

The 270mm+ versions use an optimized 45-degree orientation to substantially reduce support requirements.

Print settings will vary depending on your printer, filament, nozzle size, and desired strength.
