A simple, rigid mounting solution for organizing tools and accessories on a Packout-style wall system. Designed with a no-frills approach: strong geometry, tight tolerances, and clean edges — nothing extra, nothing flimsy.
The tab and corresponding notch are used for aligning the cleats, and the cleats are designed to act as their own spacers — meaning you can install them stacked vertically, or spaced apart as shown in the photos.
Each cleat is 3D printed and test-fit, with dimensions tuned through multiple iterations to ensure consistent engagement and reliable support in real shop environments.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be slight cosmetic defects. All items are tested to ensure proper fit and function.
Installation
Designed for mounting to plywood or other rigid backing. Use of wall studs only is discouraged due to spacing limitations. Mounting points are designed for use with standard construction screws (not included).

Pack Composition
3-pack mix: 2 Standard + 1 locking. 6-pack mix: 4 Standard + 2 locking. Standard-only and locking-only variants contain the specified number of that type. Construction screws are not included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Standard versus locking?
Both Standard and Locking cleats can be used with narrow and full-width PACKOUT cases when installed with the correct spacing. The Locking version adds a tab designed to engage narrower (approximately half-width) PACKOUT cases; Standard has no locking tab.
Can I use locking cleats for both narrow and wide PACKOUT cases?
Yes. Match the cleat spacing to the case base. The locking tab is intended for narrow cases.
What's included in mixed packs?
Three-pack: two Standard and one Locking; six-pack: four Standard and two Locking.
Are installation screws included?
No. Supply fasteners suited to your backing and installation.
