PACKOUT-Compatible Wall Cleat STL Files

Build your own modular PACKOUT-compatible wall storage system with this downloadable ClearLine3D wall cleat STL bundle.

Designed and tested for reliable fit and functional FDM printing, these cleats let you mount compatible toolboxes, organizers, and accessories to walls in garages, workshops, sheds, trailers, and work vehicles.

This download includes both standard and locking cleat designs, giving you the flexibility to build the storage system that works for your setup.

What's Included

Your purchase includes three ready-to-print STL files:

  • Standard / Non-Locking Wall Cleat
  • Locking Wall Cleat
  • Combined Wall Cleat Set (can be used to split, or print a whole set in one go on a larger printer)

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY — no physical product will be shipped.

Compatibility

Designed for compatibility with Milwaukee PACKOUT™ modular storage products and compatible accessories.

Final fit may vary slightly based on printer calibration, filament, and print settings.

Minimum Print Bed Size

Standard Cleat:
215 × 110 mm minimum printable area

Locking Cleat:
215 × 126 mm minimum printable area

Recommended Print Settings

Settings assume a 0.4 mm nozzle.

PETG

  • 2–3 walls
  • 12% infill

ABS / ASA

  • 3-4 walls
  • 12–15% infill

PETG, ABS, or ASA are recommended for functional use. PLA may be suitable for light-duty indoor applications but is not recommended for high-temperature environments or demanding loads.

ABS or ASA is recommended for hot vehicle interiors and other high-temperature environments; ASA for outdoor installations.

Print Orientation

For the best visible surface finish, I recommend printing the cleat on its back.

If your printer produces particularly clean support interfaces—or you use multi-material supports—the cleat may also be printed on its face.

Printing vertically is not recommended due to reduced strength across the layer lines.

Supports

Supports are required.

Organic supports with approximately 0.25 mm top Z clearance work well with PETG on my printers. Your optimal support clearance may vary depending on your printer, material, and calibration.

Why ClearLine3D?

ClearLine3D designs are developed for real-world tool storage, not simply modeled and uploaded. These cleats have been printed, tested, and used as the foundation for ClearLine3D's PACKOUT-compatible storage system.

Print as many as you need for your own garage, workshop, trailer, or tool-storage setup.
